TariffBedrooms all have wonderfully luxurious soft furnishings and fabulous wallpapers all designed to complement the rich wealth of historical features and character. We've had our furniture handmade specifically for us by local craftsman in nearby Ambleside using beautiful solid wood from sustainable sources. Every room has a sparkling new bathroom and we've fitted new flat screen TV's. We are certain that you will not be disappointed. Low season 1st November to 31st March Breakfast is included. New Years Package
New Years package includes 3 nights bed and breakfast and Gala dinner on the New Years night. Should you wish to book please contact us directly as rooms won’t be available for online reservations. Please note 50% deposit will be required at the time of reservation.

Terms and conditions Deposit £50.00 deposit per room is required to guarantee the reservation. Deposit is non-refundable, but may be used against another stay.
Cancellation If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival a fixed amount of £50.00 will be charged, if cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. This cancelation policy does not apply to special offers or package deals.
