A Hawkshead Christmas break will bring to you that truly traditional Christmas we all dream of - gifts and Champagne around the tree, lazy afternoons by the roaring log fires and wintry woodland walks. The secret to this break is exquisite food and drink with time to relax with family and friends surrounded by all the trimmings of Christmas.

Christmas Eve

Gather with your fellow guests in our cozy bar with open fire to enjoy our Champagne reception. Then join us in our restaurant for a special festive three course meal.

Christmas Day

A relaxed Full English, or Continental Breakfast with optional bucks fizz will be served until 10am in the restaurant.

• Traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings.
• Buffet supper

Boxing Day

Boxing Day you will be served a full English or Continental Breakfast until 10am after which you are free to enjoy the Lake District at its best in the Crisp Winter Air.

27th December

Join us in our restaurant for a final Full English or Continental breakfast before departing with our best wishes for 2008. (And no doubt booking for Christmas next year!)
