We specialise in Langdale Valley Herdwick Lamb reared by Eric Taylforth on the National Trust’s Millbeck farm.

“Langdale Valley Herdwick lamb is neither meek nor mild, and this is reflected in its robust flavours and textures.

Eric Taylforth rears our lamb in the lush Langdale Valley, with the magnificent Scafell Pike at its head. Our family and the Taylforths have known each other for generations. We specialise in dishes that bring out the exceptional nature of this uniquely local produce.
